We (Party of 3 - 2 adults, 1 infant) arrived about 30mins after opening on a weekday. Restaurant was empty (no customers at all) We were greeted quickly and told to sit wherever we wanted. Drinks order taken immediately and then given a few minutes to decide on either menu or the lunchtime all you can eat buffet. Decided on the latter. As we were the only diners, the pizzas had to be cooked - this wasn't a problem so we had a 10 minute wait. Didn't mind this as it guaranteed we were getting fresh pizzas. When they were ready, they didn't disappoint. Tasty. We had 3 types to choose from.. More people arrived and the selection grew. No complaints about the pizzas, however the salad bar hasn't changed much in a long time and could do with a refresh and change in options. Staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant was clean and a comfortable temperature, some of the seats however looked a little ragged and could do with being replaced. Over all happy with the food and service. I'll be back!
I've never gone to the lengths of writing a review as I'm never actually serviced to the point of extreme happiness. Since October I've been to this location 3 separate times prior to a hockey game(big fan). Every single time I've been there the staff is very pleasant and very respectful. Bringing refills before we even have to ask and making sure we are content with everything from start to finish! Whenever I am in Belfast before the hockey games, that is the place I will go for food!
Fantastic communication for waiting times to get inside. Jam packed as there was a concert on.
We needed the allergen information and the waiting staff took their time to try and find it. When it couldn't be found they asked the chefs what was dairy free and were able to rely the information. Couldn't fault the efforts put in to serve us (family of 4) and kept their smiles and such a busy night.
Thank you
